04 июн Eid Mubarak
Today people of Central Asia are celebrating Eid al-Fitr, also called the «Festival of Breaking the Fast». It is a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting (ṣawm). This religious Eid (Muslim religious festival) is the first and only day in the month of Shawwal during which Muslims are not permitted to fast.
According to results of the 4th Wave of our Public Opinion Poll in all countries of Central Asia, more than a half of Kyrgyzstan Muslims fasts during Ramadan regularly or sometimes.

The share of the same indicator in Kazakhstan is the lowest.

Question was:
Please tell us whether you regularly, sometimes or never fast during Ramadan?
A half of respondents from Uzbekistan have never fasted during Ramadan.

We could see around the same situation in Turkmenistan.
